Olive & Dill Dip

This dip has been a long time favorite in our family and I love to make it for our appetizer table during the holidays. This is a quick and easy recipe that will have you dipping until the bowl is empty! It's delicious and something different to "wow" the crowd. Prepare your tastebuds for a Flavor Filled dip. Enjoy :)


1 can Chickpeas (drained & well rinsed)
3 TBL high quality Olive Oil ​(optional)
15 Green pitted Olives*
1/3 cup unsalted Tahini
Juice from 1 small Lemon
2 Garlic cloves
1 or 2 tsp Dried Dill
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

*Note* Feel free to use black or green olives, or a mix of both!


- Put everything in a blender or food processor then blend for 15-25 seconds or until you reach a consistency you're happy with.

- If you want to thin out the dip into a dressing, add 1/4 cup or more of water.
- Top with extra olives and a fresh spring a dill for a pretty display!

Pair this with raw veggies like cucumber and carrots or spread on crackers, yum!

Beautifying Benefits of Dill:

Dill provides nutrients known to help aid digestion, reduce bloating and excess gas. This herb is also packed with flavonoids which help to protect us from chronic illnesses and to fight off free radicals from the body. Amazing!
