Charlotte's Healthy Chocolate Frosting recipe:
2 cups of steamed & peeled sweet potatoes
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 of a large avocado
1 tsp quality vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
If you need it sweeter add liquid vanilla stevia drops or additional maple syrup until your sweet tooth is satisfied!
Add cold or room temp steamed/peeled sweet potatoes and the avocado in food processor. Run until everything is blended smooth. Then add the rest of your ingredients and blend again. Taste test before frosting your cake!
Store extra frosting in tupperware in the fridge for 5 days...if it last that long ;)
