These pancakes are easy to make and happen to be gluten and nut free! I am the type of person that loves to make things from scratch, 1: it saves money, 2: tends to be much healthier and 3: it's customizable. These are my perfect base pancakes. We enjoy them plain with grass fed butter and maple syrup or with various add ins, such as berries, nuts, chocolate chips, etc!
Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice flour
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 cup milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pasture raised egg
1 Tbl applesauce or oil
Directions:
Mix your dry ingredients, then mix your wet ingredients. Combine well and cook on a hot buttered skillet. Enjoy with love!
