Hi, I'm Charlotte Faith, my health journey started at the young age of 14 when I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. I have experienced many health challenges from sever hair loss, weight gain, weight loss, thyroid imbalance, depression, and others. After trying many different diets, workout plans, etc,
I finally found my balance using true Nourishment. I was able to use food, herbs and faith to heal my body and mind. I hope I can help you on your own journey in sharing my story and information provided here.

I founded Nourish to Beauty in 2022 after writing my first recipe ebook "Nourish to Beauty". I am a certified nutritionist, specializing in plant focused diets and currently in school furthering my knowledge as an herbalist!
